No inventory; told they would have the lighting pieces we needed but then said no availability. Be careful when ordering anything from this company. Poor service.

Had to get another remote control for it Chandelier that we bought there a few years ago, i couldn't find it online. They were great about getting me what i needed and in a timely fashion. They haven't such a huge selection of lights that you could send the day there looking. Lots of variety and beautiful choices.

Love, Love, Love this store!!! This place has an amazing variety of light fixtures. The showroom is literally packed with a vast array of lighting options. You will honestly need to circle the showroom several times to see and appreciate the selection. We frequently move/relocate and have been to many lighting stores. This has got to be hands down....... THE BEST!!!! Olga is so, so helpful and knowledgeable, really valued her opinion. George only adds to the experience to make your shopping so ENJOYABLE & PLEASANT!!! Can't say enough. You won't be disappointed.

This place has an amazing selection of lights! I am certain that anyone coming into this store will find at least one thing that they like. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My one knit-pick is that, yes, the store is very cluttered, but that is only because there is so much selection.

If u want to be insulted by owner u shop here. I bought a chandlier and mirror from this place from the girl who works here she was nice but the owner ended up sending me 'used/dirty' mirror and when I went to change it he said if I buy cheap mirror this is what I get. And he has no time for this for over $200 product. I get it. He may be rich from something or have enough money but this is about customer service . Do not shop here. Owner is just NoT NICE HUMAN BEING.

I went into the store looking for a light for my hallway. The salesman did not acknowledge me, he just sat at his desk on his computer. The store smells very moldy and the upkeep outside is ridiculous. I will never go back here.

If you are looking to be insulted then by all means go into this store. I went there today looking for a replacement light cover and was told that because I purchased the light at Home Depot it was my problem not his. Then he told me that I had NO RIGHT to come into his store looking for a replacement part for something he did not sell to me. I have never been so insulted in my life. All I wanted to do was spend my money in his store. I will never step foot in there again! But the most surprising part was the reaction of the other shoppers while this man verbally abused me. They all stayed in the store shopping. Welcome to Canada folks.
