Long pick up waiting time. Ordered case of epoxy at 8, got email confirmation that order is ready and still had to wait 45 minutes to get it.

This is my store of preference. They have the warehouse where everything is usually in stock. Staff is great, always great upon entering the store, and usually able to speak to someone right away unless it's busy. The first thing in the morning sometimes can be busy as all the contractors are trying to get their stuff before going to work. The best time for me is usually during the day as it's not as busy. There is a good group of guys there now. Hopefully, they don't change it around.

Absolutely clueless staff, I have attempted to get the brushes for Hilti TE 805 multiple times and they were all incorrect size once I received them. One time I was on the phone for 1 hour with a representative and they still sent the wrong item?? I would never recommend Hilti product because their replacement parts don't exist, also like I mentioned the support staff is useless and like few people mentioned the staff is rude because they keep making the mistakes...I highly recommend Bosch product quality and customer support blows Hilti away!

This new location is extremely slow, most of guys here have very little knowledge of the products beside the basics. Very disappointed, you better of calling the costumer center than just walking in.

Staff were attentive & courteous, didn’t wait to long after placing my walk in order for the back of the shop to pick the items and bring to the order desk.Store is kept neat and tidy, as well some of the tools on display can be tried out before buying.

I wish i could have option to give 0 star....came for delivery....receiver was very rude....bring DG load took almost 2hrs to unload after it he refuses to remove placads from container and speaks arrogantly thats not my job". However by law its receiver's duty to remove it and shipper to put...."
