Greatly appreciated their service department! The brakes on my trailer werefreezing up and one brake locked up completely. It was late in the afternoon,windy and cold,and they came out on short notice and got me going! Could have easily said they didnt have time!Happily send my trucking friends there for courteous

This review is a bit late, but better late than never. We took our RV in for driveline repairs after an improper reinstall after towing. While in their shop someone backed a trailer into the front of our RV breaking both windshields and damaging the dash.Patrick Davis, the service manager, showed great concern and sympathy for our dilemma and made sure all the repairs were done to our complete satisfaction. The RV drives beautifully too by the way.Thank you Patrick and your staff.

I bought my Boss Plow here and i paid for installation, Brad took care of me and did an excellent job. I recommend you speak with him. This is why I come back.Patrick also came threw and helped me out when my plug was damaged due to salt over the last few years. Bought my second plow here this year and very happy with the installation. One stop shop for all your commercial equipment.

First time having service done on my truck here and the experience was very good. The repair was done well and on time and the truck was kept clean no grease on drivers door from mechanic getting in and out of truck. Christina at service sent me emails with pictures of issues that they recommend repairing with quotes. Very detailed communication I appreciated. I just wish they were opened longer in the evening and open on the weekend. Look forward to servicing my truck again at the WPG FGI.

Will NEVER shop at this place again. After being passed from one person to another finally spoke to Mark the parts manager. Arrogant and rude.Receptionist should not be on phones Has no phone etiquette or common courtesy. Almost seemed that I was interrupting her or putting her out in some way.they could have settled my issue in a professional manner but decided not to even see my point of view or give me any options.

Big thanks to shop foreman Dan and his afternoon crew who is always willing to help and do an extra mile for the customer. Great advantage of being opened late in the afternoon that makes it very convenient to deal with. Great repair service with lots of parts available for truck repair on a spot. Highly recommend this place.
