Matt the owner was very professional throughout quote - installation process. He even assisted me with the re-installation of our California shutters after the window work was complete, which was a big help. The installers were also excellent - VERY hardworking, professional and had been working with Supreme for many years. Would highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with the service George from Supreme Windows provided.I needed just one glass replaced as the seal was broken. The timing of delivery was within the promised dates, the installation was done quickly and neatly. Thank you George, I'm sure we will need you in the future.

I recently had Supreme contracted to install 2 large commercial windows. The communication with Matt was great and prompt. The windows were replaced and the quality of the windows were also very good. Where things go bad is after the install. One morning during a hard rain i noticed rain pouring in from both windows. The issue was the caulking between the metal lintle and block wall which is above were new window is installed. I thought this wouldnt be a big issue as some simple caulking woud fix the problem. I contacted Matt who had the installers come back and inspect. They confirmed the old original caulking was the problem and they left. No one tried to caulk the space. When i reached back out to Matt to see why they didnt caulk the gap he explained that installers felt there was another issue and caulking wouldnt the fix the leak. I even sent pictures that showed the caulking issue and still several emails back and forth with no correction. As we are a repair shop we decided we would address the issue ourselves and now no leaks. I have no idea why they wouldnt have sealed the gap using the brown caulking you will see in the 3rd pic attached.

I chose Supreme Windows to replace my double doors because of their excellent online reviews and to support local business. Matt of Supreme Windows was knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. The new doors are absolutely beautiful and were flawlessly installed. I am delighted with the entire experience I had with Supreme Windows and wholeheartedly recommend them for their quality and professionalism.

We had the pleayof dealing with Matt! Overall we had a great experience from start to finish. We replaced all the windows and doors in the house. From start to finish Matt was very involved and had lots of follow up to make sure I was comfortable. Even during the install he came to oversea both days. The installers were super quick and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend Matt and team!

We had the entire windows at home replaced after buying it and since Supreme Windows serviced my partner’s parents before, we decided to proceed with them. Of course we did get other quotes too but we feel comfortable to go with this company. One factor was that the invoice was very transparent and cost was reasonable. We’re glad we did because everything from windows (of all sizes/type) to doors to storm doors were neatly installed.Initially, we were dealing with George (old owner) but then the company was bought by Matt (new owner) just before the start of the work at our house. Honestly, it was a complete and smooth transition. Both were very accommodating and answered all of our concerns and inquiries. One thing we really like were the prompt replies making us felt like we were not ignored/ghosted. Art was I think their lead in doing the work and even he and the team were professionals and courteous, and really felt like they know what they’re doing. Plus, they’re easy to deal with and very respectful of your place. Oh, they will also help you install keyless door knob if you want to. Matt even showed at home on last day of work to quality check everything. That’s good, right?I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wanted to have their windows and doors replaced especially if you want good quality windows/doors and with awesome service. Let me remind you that they’re not pushy on ‘this is what you should go for and yada yada yada..’ rather they’ll listen to what you want/need, and your budget, then they will recommend you with options.Thanks for the nice work you guys did here.
