They are fast and nice

When I first started storing my RV here, the lot was in good shape, but over time, it got bumpy and full of settling water(after rainstorms). I called several times to move spots, but the owner avoided my phone calls and messages.Just recently, vandals entered the grounds and smashed windows on several RVs. Mine was one of them. I reported the incident to the RCMP and the owner. It did not appear that the owner bothered to notify other victims of the incident because several RVs sat for 2 weeks without their owners even covering the damaged windows and many appeared to have been vandalized a second time. I've been told that the RCMP have tried calling for footage from the security system, but the owner hasn't returned any of their calls. There's no lock on the man door at the front entrance, and an entire 1/4 section of the facility doesn't even have a security fence at all.

Lots are good width but driving lanes are too narrow making very difficult to back a big trailer into your lot. Good access in summer but no snow removal during the winter.

It's a bit out of the way, which I suppose is a good and bad thing.Lot is nice, and you can come and go whenever you want via a secure access gate.My only gripe is that everyone is supposed to angle park, but then a few don't, and it makes it REALLY hard to back in straight between two trailers when lanes are narrow and your trailer is long.
