Dr. Hany Halka and his staff are very pleasant, personable, and understanding of my needs. I have been a patient with Dr. Halka for many years and we first connected around the time that I have major surgery for a medical condition. Dr. Halka has been very professional, good knowledge supportive, compassionate, and good quality care throughout this experience. My condition has been complex, but he's been patient, kind, understanding while offering me a lot of advice, and shows genuine concern for his patients. He helped me make informed decisions and gave me confidence in the quality of his care. He has also been very helpful to my family, I am very grateful to know him, and I highly recommend him.

I had a booked appointment. But when I got there they made me wait more than 1 hour. The doctor said he’d call me to follow up… But more than a week goes by and he didn’t. He also told me he may not be able to help me with my issue during the meeting but didn’t provide back up options or a call back. I don’t get it. They also said they were taking in new patients but only if they accept the patient’s circumstances - I never heard of a place doing this.

Not sure why the clinic has a huge sign indicating that family doctor is taking new patients and then when you ask they say they don’t. I called multiple times to ask if the Dr is available but no one answered so I went here after seeing the good reviews about the Dr here. Once we got there, we went inside to find the receptionist speaking to her lawyer over the phone (I understood everything as it was in Hindi). I wanted to give her some time to figure out her issues but after 10 minutes, she did not pause to ask us why we were there or to even tell us that there’s no Dr available. It’s unfortunate that I need to give this rating solely based on a receptionist, but the experience was extremely negative overall and I will never be going back here. Doctors need to find better people to help run their practices. I’m surprised by how they entice patients to the clinic with false advertising about “new patients welcome”.

Called in before coming to bring my mom who fell and hurt her back and strained her foot. Once I got there, there were three people in front of me... While in the line up waiting for 5 mins this front desk employee tells everyone in the line up the doctor won't be seeing anymore patients. Seriously at least have a decency to let the patient know beforehand keeping in mind she is in tremendous amount of paid. Won't be visiting here and won't recommend this to anyone.

Very good clinic. First time, good service and great doctor. Waited only 10 minutes. Will be coming back!

Really pleased with the clinic. Pleasant staff. Very professional. Dr. Alaa was wonderful. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back and using this clinic with my family.

I completely agree with what others have written. This is a great medical clinic. I am so glad they are now our family doctor. The medical staff is thorough and takes the time to investigate. All of the front staff are always very friendly and provide great service. Just very pleased this clinic has opened up in Mississauga.

Dr. Hany is my family doctor I wouldn't trade for another as long as he is practicing medicine- he cares for the health and wellness of his patients he is an amazing person and doctor. Also, his office staff are very pleasant and friendly. Overall, I recommend Dr. Hany to anyone who is looking for a doctor that cares and gives his patients his best.
