I can tell Isaac has been doing this job professionally for 30+ years. The quality of work was outstanding, quick and surprisingly Isaac has an eye for exterior design. All his suggestions were spot on! They aren't the cheapest Eavestroughing company out there but the quality is amazing... you really get what you pay for and the price is still very reasonable! Isaac's team was very polite and kept cleaned up so well.... not even a single nail left! I would highly reccomend this company!

Isaac was really terrific to work with on this whole process right from the start. We needed to get our eavestroughs replaced and were having trouble deciding on the colour. We debated a bit and when Isaac first came to see us he recommended a Brown colour, very seamless. He came back to drop off a colour sample and we really loved it right away.His work looks great, all the eaves line up well with the roof and everything looks precise and square. We were really pleased with how professional and friendly Isaac was through this whole process and we really appreciated his no pressure approach.We would definitely recommend Isaac, his price was very reasonable and we can absolutely say we’re happy with the finished product. I will not recommend this company, they install eavestrough on my home ,a few weeks ago I notified them of a corner leaking , owner of the company came by to have a look and said, eves are leaking because of all the leaves ,and the water was flowing over the top, he said he could recommend a company to clean out the leaves ? I said that caulking had shrunk cracked it was cheapest caulking used, he said that not the case, so I hired another company to clean them out , did a water test and corner was still leaking, the new contractor said it was because the caulking had shrunk and cracked, once he caulking it no more leak. So what should I think ???

After asking around and doing our own due diligence we proceeded to have Issac and Eastern Eavestroughing replace our original soffit, facia and eavestrough. This work was performed in 2019 and exceeded our expectations.Fast forward to October 2021. I had asked a small question, by email about a downspout extension and was told it would be passed on to Issac to review.Without even telling us, Isaac came to the house, reviewed the damage that was caused by third party and remedied it without so much as asking for a thank you.Talk about superior after-sales customer service"...THANK YOU!"

We hired Eastern to replace our eavestroughs. After obtaining several quotes from other companies I was impressed with Issac's approach to customer service. No deposit was required. The work was done quickly and respectfully to the neighbours that bordered on our property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have similar work done.

Eastern Eavestrough installed new siding and eavestrough on our house. Excellent workmanship and great customer service at a fair price - can't ask for anything more. They also left the job site spotless, impressive! Isaac and his crew were a pleasure to work with and we recommend them highly.

The crews at Eastern were terrific, punctual, professional and you can tell they know what they are doing .We had our Fascia and eaves replaced , Issac was very professional and covered everything perfect from start to finish . We had used Eastern a few years ago to replace our eavestrough/ downspouts and since then Issac has been my go to guy for any concerns over eavestrough/siding or fascia issues. Issac is always only a phone call away and he always gets back to you with whatever help or advice he can offer. Most recently, “Eastern” fixed our front fascia strip to our 100% satisfaction. These guys did a fantastic job and deserve 5 stars.Issac made up a quote very quickly for us and was able to schedule a time quickly after we accepted the quote. The job was to install aluminum soffits, fascia, (first time for this house) and to replace the worn out eavestrough and downspouts.The work was interrupted by horrific weather, but they did the job quickly anyhow.The work was fantastic. The quality was evident in every way.Issac had his guys remove the original mesh vents on the soffits and cleared the insulation that was blocking them before they installed the soffits. This was listed in the quote, and I didn't have to even ask them to do it (although I was planning to ask if it wasn't in the quote).Also in the original quote was the installation of the larger downspouts. I wanted to ask for these as well, since the interweb suggested that doing this is the best way to prevent clogging.Somebody who doesn't know these things, and other details of the job, can rest assured that Issac will do everything right. So sad that some other contractors will not do these important steps in order to get a little cheaper quote.I can highly recommend this company. I am very pleased.

I had reached out to Isaac in early March to inquire about replacing some fascia pieces on top of my garage as a recent windstorm had blew out some of the pieces. He responded very quickly and stopped by to inspect what was required, what colour the fascia was and to provide a sample. Isaac was very courteous, professional and was not pushy at all after providing the quote.I wasn't able to find a good time for Isaac to come to install it for me, so I had reached out to him at the end of Mar. He had someone come out in literally a few hours. In fact, I didn't even know he came by until I came home from work and saw the fascia had already been replaced. The install looked excellent and Isaac came by the following day to speak to me about the repairs, the warranty and other things.Isaac and his team are great and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring any type of install, repair and/or advice on everything eavestrough related.
