West Dyke Trail
As far as Richmond goes this is one of the better ones if you’re looking for a 60 -90 minute walk light exercise. Nice view of the Fraser and occasional seaplane take off.

Always our spot when we want to talk, catch up, enjoy the view, surrounded by wildlife, planes taking off and landing, take a walk, cool breeze.and calming sounds of the river. Grab a take out and take a break from life's chaos. Clean and well-maintained parking lots (not many but enough) and every time we have gone, it is generally quiet and peaceful.

Nice morning to see the sunrise and planes get ready to take off somewhere for away.Lots of parking. I would walk on the clear cold morning but have. Aam injury so I watched and admired the beauty of the airport area.

Easy trail, flat with gravel or when you walked in the sand near in the beach.Nice to see the sunset and the mountain.

A favourite spot to take in the sunset. The light and the water can be quite spectacular here. A great place for a walk, jog or bike ride as well.After sundown be warned that there are some rather large mosquitoes that will come out to feast on you. Not as much a problem in the colder months, however.There is a moderate amount of parking available. There are plenty of benches for sitting and enjoying the view or taking a break.Worth the trip if you don’t live in the area.

Great views all along, plenty of parking nearby. Several benches as well as picnic tables are available to sit down with family and take in the views or enjoy an afternoon.

The Dyke! Beautiful ocean view! You will also see a lot of sea planes taking off and landing. Very exposed with no shade in summer.

The best healing trail. My favourite trail yet!Very peaceful view look out right to the horizon through out the trail.Trails are mainly flat it’s amazing route to get on with your bikes or walks.

Wide trail for walking and biking and plenty of benches to enjoy the view. Extra points for having public washrooms and a water fountain along the way.
