Slow service - they couldn't fulfill my simple herbal prescription until the following day, requiring 2 trips to their store. Much worse, they cheated me - when I returned home I weighed the herbs on a digital scale and they were 20% less than I'd been prescribed and paid for. To add insult to injury, for my 2nd filling of the prescription, today I just went to a Chinese herb store in Chinatown and in 10 minutes they gave me slightly extra than the required amount and for half the price Beijing Tong Ren Tang charged me in May!

Really poor product knowledge and bad customer service. I called to ask about their product availability and the receptionist hung up on me after 30 sec claiming their store is too busy and do not have time to talk on the phone.

The cyst on back of my neck had recurred in late Jan. The surgery would a long wait, so I decided to come here. Dr. Gong helped me out and solved the problem. I’m recovered now. I really appreciate all the helps from Dr. Gong and staffs. Thank you!

Worst experience ever!! Went to two different locations (Granville and Robson) The Chinese doctors are unprofessional and inexperienced!! He gave me a bad prescription which led to adverse effects, more pain and made me more sick than before!! What a complete waste of my time and money!!! The staff were disgustingly rude, no sense of compassion whatsoever!! So very disappointed!!!

Good experience! Doctor Gong is very professional and experienced. I have a chronic illness for many years, after I took herb teas a few days, I feel much better than before. I will keep taking the medicine. I highly recommend .
