I had a torsion spring snap on me (as pictured) and I reached out to a couple of companies in Kelowna to inquire about the repair.Cristian was one of the first people to get back to me and arrange a time to do the work. He was able to set up a time that worked in the early evening, and was quicker than I anticipated.He was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, always being polite and professional. His installation services were no different. Him and his team were respectful about taking their shoes off when walking through the house, didn't throw the broken springs on the ground from a height - but rather climbed down the ladder to place them on the floor (most likely to avoid the heavy metal damaging the concrete), took their time and double checked the work. The shoes and spring might not seem like a big deal, but it's the little things that make a big impact on service.When they were finished, they took a moment to answer some questions and educate me on best practices to maintain my garage door and give it more operational life, I appreciated that. They even discovered an issue which they recommended I address soon, but were never pushy about upselling.After the job was done, payment was easy and the service was appreciated.It was an absolute pleasure to work with this team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service, in a timely manner, at a reasonable price.Thanks again Cristian.

Had a garage door opener installed last fall by this company and the service and installation was top notch. Had a new door put on a couple weeks back and this company was again excellent. Nice product and friendly service. Throw up a bat signal and bam... There at your door. I would recommend The garage door depot.
