5 stars! Amazing! I took the 8:45 AM Somatics and Yin Yoga win Somae Olser. Let me tell you - Somae Olser is a wonderful human being and an incredible teacher. Her energy is just amazing. Her compassion is palpable and her depth of knowledge incredible. Her spirit is pure and healing radiates off of her. I immediately felt at ease and just happy when I met her. This class was my first experience with Somatics -- I had never even heard of it before -- and I loved every second of it. It's a unique practice, unlike any I've ever done before. I loved the combination of Yin Yoga and Somatics. I left feelings stretched, relaxed, energized, rejuvenated, and simultaneously calmed and centered. What a great feeling! I went back for the Restore the Core" 11am Somatics class with Arlene Curry and had another amazing experience! Everything I said about Somae I would also say about Arlene! They really do have something very special at this studio. Arlene's knowledge of anatomy was obvious in every exercise she had us do. It was so satisfying -- my hamstrings in particular were completely relaxed after her class. Also
