Been buying auto parts from here since before they were WestCan. Father-in-law suggested the store about 25 years ago. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Six vehicles ranging in age from 1990 - 2017. They are our go-to for all our vehicle parts.

We needed a last minute belt as ours blew. My co worker called in and they were able to get the belt in for us the same afternoon ! It was in and we were able to grab it just as they were closing. Awesome friendly staff very impressed.

I had an all around great experience. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in and eager to help. I was excited to learn they also sell various face masks, face shields, hand sanitizer, etc., not just auto parts. I’m usually very frazzled when I go to places like Lordco because I feel overwhelmed, but Hars at West-Can made my visit a lot less stressful.

Guys here are nice enough, but didn't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Called in to find out if they had a part I needed. Was told they could get it and then was hung up on with no more information. Called back to see what I had to do to order it and they asked me to come in to talk to someone in store. When I then drove a half hour andncame in, it took them over an hour to locate the part in their system, and they were confused why I was sent in and told I should have just been able to order it over the phone. Paid upfront for the part, and then was told it would come in a week and they would call me. Came in 2.5 weeks later and the part was never actually ordered even though it was paid for. Save yourself the grief and some money and just order your parts online, these guys have no idea what they are doing. 2* because they refunded me to fix the problem at least since they did 0 to help me.
