This is a review of your Matheson location in Mississauga. The staff returned our vehicle with the ignition switched on, to cover up yhe fact that they had broken our car key.Terrible service as of you review the footage, you'll notice that multiple staff members confronted my senior father when he was disputing the fact that the location staff had broken our key.Truy shameful!

I had a problem with the workmanship of one of their locations. The team at head office handled me very professionally and connected with with a different location to rectify the repair issue. The job was done. The issue solved. Thank you.UPDATE: I have had more recent issues arise from my services at newmarket MM. I called head office and left a message. NO CALL BACK.
