I rented 30 feet of scaffold from cooper on Monday sep13 for a small 5hr job, the rep failed to inform me of a minimum one week rental on Friday during booking. They also never suggested to get more than one platform to safely operate 30feet of scaffolding. After completion and during drop off I backed into a loader dump box and ended up denting my truck while the shop guy was watching me backup so I thought.

I was looking for a particular core drill bit size which was apparently not available anywhere BUT when I called Cooper rentals and spoke to WILL at the Carlaw location, even though he didn't have what I needed there he went out of his way to locate one for me at the Scarborough location!
