I frequent this location almost everyday before and after work. I appreciate that the staff remember my order enough to notice when something isn't put in properly. I always order a Venti americano misto with blonde, double and whole milk.The staff is wonderful and I appreciate them remembering me when I come in, that little personal touch shows amazing customer service.

I find it very funny how a company this big can do such a thing. I asked for a simple Irish Cream Cold brew and noticed the very first time they added water to full-size the cup. I went and bought another one yet this same thing. I am never getting my coffee at this location again. Folks if your coffee or any other beverages dosnt taste the same know they add water. Cheap MF's.

I most say this is my second Starbuck in London that’s I was waiting to order while staff chilled, had conversation and then I asked for a Venti and got a Grande. I asked for low whip and she put it in the middle.

The staff were friendly expect the one guy taking orders he had a attitude for no reason. I didn’t get his name but he was wearing a mask and was shouting if a machine is clean while taking orders although there were only 2 people in the whole store and he was shouting

If you go here opt for the drive through. Inside is usually super busy and slow. Priority definitely goes to the cars.

The person worked at the drive thru messed up my order. I asked for a Matcha Frappuccino, but she got me a Mocha Frappuccino and rudely refused to correct my order after I told her that this is not what I ordered. Definitely not returning to this location.

The employee just forget people that are inside the store and just prioritize drive through. If you do not want people inside close the store and make it drive throw only.

I’ve boycotted this location since I’ve worked there back in 2019. Not sure if management is still the same but if it is beware, the manager is completely ableist and despises people with disabilities. I tried my absolute best to learn everything to the best of my ability but she only gave me 3 days to learn the whole menu and procedures. I am disabled and did require extra training for a few more shifts, somehow she found out I have anxiety, she pulled me aside and told me to go home, and if I have anxiety that I shouldn’t even TRY to work customer service. I wanted to finally post this here because this may raise concern to even customers that may get bullied or future employees, that may also identify with disabilities. Very unprofessional and left me completely appalled that even took place.

Great staff. Friendly. Hard working. Inconsistent beverages though. One day chai tea latte is awesome, full of chai flavor. Next day its closer to warm frothy milk.
