I’m so happy I came here to look for my wedding dress. For a small shop, they have a great selection and tons of beautiful dresses. My dress was absolutely stunning and I got so many compliments! To make it better, the customer service is amazing. Extremely helpful, very personable and overall made the experience amazing! Definitely recommend

Last year I purchased a dress from Emma's Bridal, it is absolutely stunning! My friends, family and I went for the V.I.P experience and I highly recommend it! It was lovely being one on one and the owner. She was beyond helpful, organized and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for! My only wish was that there were more options for petite brides, as alterations were overwhelming!

I purchased my wedding gown from Emma's Bridal Boutique for our October 23, 2021 wedding. The dress was gorgeous. I felt like a goddess. My experience in the boutique was so personalized - it was amazing to work with the owner herself. I felt very comfortable and confident in my own skin. The Spirit Bridal collection (the owner's custom designed line) was so beautiful. Pictures don't do those gowns justice, you have to see them in person. I could have worn any of the dresses on my wedding day because they were that stunning. With the guidance of the owner, we actually ended up further customizing one of the Spirit Bridal dresses with sleeves and hand-sewn appliques that match lace on the dress. It was perfect - and bonus: it had pockets!

Stunning Dresses, Emmas Bridal has the areas most unique on-trend dresses with incredibly welcoming and inclusive staff. Jennifer, the owner, will get anyone in a dress that makes them look like a sparkling diamond. I am a wedding photographer, and when my client says they got a dress from Emma's the next words out of their mouth was that they always say that they were treated like royalty and got exactly what they were dreaming of. Jennifer has extensive knowledge in dress fitting and design with her signature dress line being home to one of a kind dresses designed in house.

Jennifer at Emma’s bridal is a lovely person. She was super helpful, insightful, & knowledgeable. I ended up picking a different dress from another store, but Emma’s bridal still had lots to choose from & had the type of dress I was looking for. I would recommend the store to any future bride. :)

If you are a bride - do yourself a favour and go here. I would’ve travelled far and wide just to have the experience I had with Jennifer from start to finish.From picking my bridal gown to all the small accessories that I added along with it.She understood my feelings without me even speaking, and had so many options beyond my expectations, she made me feel beautiful and comfortable which is so important.The gowns are unlike anything I’ve ever seen before and her boutique is beautiful and welcoming, (everything down the the amazing scented hand cream in the dressing room) was unreal. It was the small details that made this experience beyond what I could’ve imagined.I knew from the moment I stepped into her boutique that I was going home with my wedding dress.Thank you so much for making my experience so special. Can’t wait to share pictures once the big day comes!

I got my grade eight dress and prom dress here and had amazing service both times

Staff are rude. Attempted to return an item within 1 business day and they wouldn’t accept it. I was never told it could not be returned. Worst place to shop for prom or wedding gowns.Adding comments to my initial post to address your rebuttal. I came in politely asking for a refund which you refused to honour despite the fact that I offered to pay a restocking fee or penalty of sorts. I stood around the store trying to determine whether I needed to issue a complaint to the business bureau or what next steps I could take as I had driven an hour to get there. I wasn’t threatening in any way and tried to reason with you. The fact that you called the police is comical. Your handling of the situation could have been so different and we could have agreed on a resolution. Unfortunately you weren’t willing to give an inch and it’s sad really. Your synopsis of the situation is completely false. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a retailer.
