Northgate Shopping Centre
Helped by Alastair at the Virgin Mobile kiosk today. They were fantastic. I’m getting frustrated about an ongoing phone problem. Alastair was friendly, fast, smart. An excellent human. I love the in person experience so much more than the help line. Thanks so much.

Northgate Shopping Centre
Security followed myself and my best friend in loops around the mall simply because we have a service dog. He has his papers in his vest. Although illegal for you to ask, just do it so we can shop peacefully without you hovering behind us. (We legit watched him point to the dog, make sure the other guard saw.. and then they both nodded and he started following us. It was VERY obvious.) He only left us alone once I loudly asked my friend if we were being followed by security for having a service dog, he then got nervous and backed away.

This shopping center fits the mold of a standard mid-size mall, providing all the expected offerings. Given the size of the city, it meets the general demands and does a commendable job of serving the community.Though it may not have any particularly unique attributes, it's a reliable destination for shopping needs, reflecting the town's size and character. Sometimes, a familiar and predictable shopping experience is just what one needs.

We had the best service. All of the workers were professional, positive very helpful, they didn't rush, answered all of our questions . Wish all places made us feel so comfortable. Keep up the amazing work. If you are fed up of your phone service please go to koodo you won't regret it. Thanks again

The mall has a very friendly atmosphere. Most stores you can walk in and have a whole conversation with the employees without them making it obvious they're just trying to sell you something. A good variety of stores as well

Nice small stop as we arrived at our destination in North Bay. Came into the mall, which is fairly easy to navigate around and clean. Onwards to our destination and back home.

Nice mall with a number of well known shops. The food court is too small and does not offer much variety. Lack of signs to shops and washroom. Could do with more washroom. Loved that they have sitting areas in the corridors. Access to Walmart from the mall is a plus.

Nice clean mall . A lot of stores . Good variety . Bought some stuff . Small eating area , not much choice ...but at least an A&W .
