Baden Nails

Do yourself a favour and believe the poor reviews of this place. A couple of us took our daughters for manicures to celebrate a birthday.The woman working was absolutely miserable. Completely ignored the kids when they spoke to her, and blatantly ignored us. When I say she was miserable, I am not exaggerating by even the slightest.If you’re looking for somewhere local, try Feather Nail Salon in New Hamburg. The experience is night and day compared to this waste of money.

I tried their salon a couple of weeks ago for a shellac pedicure. I believe Hellen was the lady's name that did it for me. She was lovely! Easy to chat with and she did an amazing job. Not only was the pedicure flawless in appearance it felt incredible. I've been to many places over the years but it truly was my best pedicure. I live in Woodstock but I'll be traveling to Baden for my pedicures from now on.

Legit worse nail salon I have EVER experienced in my entire life!!!!!

Honestly this was my first time going here. I usually go to one lady because I get crazy designs all the time. I broke a nail and needed a quick fix. Went in, got a solar overlay, and had a polish change. The owner was the only one there at the time, she did what I asked for, and because she was doing a design she confirmed with me after ever finger to make sure I was happy. I have nothing bad to say, overall good experience :)

i went in before vacation for a full set of acrylics. there was only one women there, it was about 6pm. she started, and when filing, cut me multiple times. when i pointed it out, she continued to file in the same spot!! i kept bleeding and she continued. i had a very painful experience, was not at ALL happy with the result as i asked for ballerina shape and she gave me square. will not go again, and i don’t recommend it.

I have been going to Miley for over a year. She does a great job and is very flexible with scheduling. I don't typically have any issues, but recently when I had a nail break after two days, she invited me back in for a free fix. Very happy with this location

I typically go to Kitchener for my nails, as Ive had the same nail tech since I was 11. Last week, she was busy so I thought I would give Baden Nails a try. Never. Again.A shellac manicure takes an hour at most.. however I was stuck at Baden Nails for 2.5 hours. Not only did the tech cut me with a nail file, she sanded my nails down so thin that for the next few days i couldn’t do much without them bending. I ended up having two nails break, and as I said, i’ve been getting my nails done since I was 11, I am currently 21, and have never experienced such a poor job.Yesterday I went back to my regular nail tech and she was appalled by the work that had been done and fixed them immediately.I had paid way too much, for service that took way too long, that was ultimately not worth a single second, or cent.The owner was the tech who did my nails, she was very friendly, however I wouldn’t have her do my nails again.I would not recommend this place for anyone looking to get a manicure with shellac or dip powder.

I had dipping powder removed and a shellac manicure done. In less than 5 days it was peeling off 4 fingers. The polish was uneven to begin with.Edit: I went back and she removed my polish at no charge. I chose not to have it redone. She also gave me a discounted pedicure.
