I didn’t get what I wanted even after showing a picture. Knowing I was not happy they did not care to make it better. I understand if you can’t do the colour in the picture but tell me that before you start.I asked for a light pink shine and I left with yellow/gold chrome. Plus I paid extra $15 for chrome - which wasn’t even what I wanted. First time customer and would never go back.

I loved the service! The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming! My nails look beautiful and I'm very satisfied! Would definitely recommend and am going to give 5 star review!

My New Nail Destination!I've recently moved out of Brampton and I've been looking for a new nail salon in other cities. However, I came across this place through a recommendation from a coworker. I work in the area and for the last two months I've been getting my nails done over my lunch break. Lori's Nails & Spa is clean, fast, affordable, and does my nails just how I like them. I don't know about the other Google reviews and their experiences, but for those more seasoned with nail appointments, IT’S A NAIL SALON...it's clean and it's decent. I've always called ahead to ensure availability and they are on par. The staff has always been courteous and I’ve had different technicians work on my nails and they’ve done a very good job. I for one have found my new nail place and I love it!

Have had many shellac pedicures here and they have always turned out great. The staff is really kind and works fast. Have also done eye lash extensions here and they turned out great as well. I will continue to come here whenever I can.

I went in for a pedicure.. Asked the price and was told $40. I was automatically given the price of a deluxe pedicure" (they put a hot towel on your legs). After paying $45 plus a $5 tip.. I didn't even get a top coat put on. So

Friendly atmosphere but the lady doing my nails could not speak or understand english. I wanted darkest purple with sparkles and i got a light see thru wine colour. They then added a thick layer to darken it after the 3 previous layers and looked messy in the end. It never looked the same as the one on the sample and adding the extra layer made me run late for the rest of my appointments.

Usually, I don't give bad reviews unless it's really bad. The place is unclean, and they are thieves.They quoted me $85 on the phone but actually charged me $120.00. All I did was replace old bio gel and shellac pedicure and manicure and paid $120!!!!Don't waste your time and money.

LOL I’ve been getting acrylics since I was 14. Been well over a decade now but for the past couple years I’ve been doing them myself and I stupidly told the lady that when I got my nails done for LA last minute so after I asked for acrylics, she kept pushing me to get “uv gel POWDER”. Heard that one before when I was younger haha there’s no such thing. She wouldn’t stop telling me to get it so I gave up and agreed for $10 more. She had me put these already hardened nails created with acrylic and monomer under the *u**ing uv light to “cure” them LOL Nice one I know what uv gel looks like and it is NOT A POWDER. When I tried to ask her sum, she said “do you know how to do nails?” LOL yes but I’m not certified so I said no and just allowed her to keep going. Please stop scamming people to make an extra $10. It was $70 for some short stubby nails SO annoying and I’m a LONG time customer. Really not about the money as much as you thinking I didn’t know you’re scamming me. Wasn’t Lori doing my nails btw it was one of her workers but I’m pretty sure she was within hearing range..!!! Heads up guys if they’re pushing u to spend more and mentioning UV and GEL in the same sentence, it should be a GEL consistency product being used to sculpt your nail, which stays pliable until u cure it under the lamp which is where it hardens. and it should NOT be a brush dipped in liquid and then POWDER.. And then placed under the uv lamp for the perfect scam effect. The only powder used is ACRYLIC powder and dip powder if u get the nail dipping service. NO such thing as UV POWDER and no such thing as UV GEL POWDER. That uv lamp only cures GELS —thick clear or coloured paste used by itself to sculpt the nail and only hardens under the light, or gel polishes.
