Not even one star deserved! After two weeks waiting for them to start working, we called and told them that we were looking for other companies as we have had no response from them, they showed up starting the third week. What was supposed to be a three days job (excavation and preparation (day 1), installing pavi-uni (day 2), asphalt (Day 3)), has taken 5 just for the excavation. I understand that two days of rain happened but still, three days to do what was supposed to be done in one day is not acceptable. No one ever called us to explain the delays and after calling Mr Ronald St-Denis, the best projection we have is to wait until next Monday for them to continue and supposedly finish the job the following day, if it doesn't rain. Fingers crossed. Their response from the office was vague and bad-mannered. No accountability. I just wish the quality of their work as they advertise on their website is true, but if the treatement given to all customers is what I have experienced so far, I won't recommend them at all.

Trop long pour l'estimation

j'ai demandé une soumission, madame est venue 2 fois et enfin elle m'a promis d'envoyer la soumission la fin de la semaine, mais il y a 45 jours que j'attends, le pire qu'elle ne répond pas à mes appellesils ne sont pas professionnels du tout

Malheureusement, n’a pas donné suite à ma demande de soumission après m’avoir fait miroiter qu’il allait pouvoir faire les travaux et m’envoyer sa soumission. N’a plus jamais donné de nouvelles. Aussi, j’ai dû appeler trois jours de suite pour avoir un retour d’appel lorsque j’ai contacté pour la première fois cette entreprise. Chaque fois, on me disait qu’on me rappèlerait le lendemain.

Soumission rapide, avis de moins de 12h pour l'exécution des travaux, travaux interminable (6-7 semaines), service à clientèle presque inexistant, aucun retour d'appels, aucun suivi, travaux mal exécuté, ...Je ne recommende pas cette compagnie pour des travaux résidentiels.

Mr Ronald Saint-Denis was always very courteous but after escavating and encountering issues with my cart port being unsafe, he offered to find someone to help to stabilize the building. Unfortunately, after two full weeks of waiting with our driveway reduced to rubble, we had nothing done...This was not their fault because the carpenter they had contacted was overbooked. After many days, we are happy that it is getting done! Great job guys!

Je n'ai que de bons mots pour cette entreprise. Nous avions un projet commercial qui a été réalisé avec grand professionnalisme et beaucoup de flexibilité. Merci à M. Mongeau et son équipe. Je vous recommande chaudement, à l'opposé de votre concurrent !!
