Went to Jenn for a first time wig consultation. There was a private room. Jenn was wonderful to be with. She made the experience fun but was also very, very knowledgeable about colours and style specific to my age and face shape. I felt very confident afterwards. This will definitely be a long term relationship. Highly recommended!! Salon is in a great location with free parking.

This place is fantastic! Initially went to see the trichologist, Carmen, for hair loss concerns. She is extremely knowledgable, kind and realistic. She really cared about my situation and even gave me her number to text or call if I had additional questions or worries. Today I went back to have a cut by Carly. She was super gentle, listened really well to my concerns/wants and showed me how to style my hair to cover at thinning areas- it looks great! The owner has been present when I am in and is always smiling. She seems to really genuinely care and love her clientele. I can't say enough good things about this place- would highly recommend especially for those with concerns about thinning hair :)

I cannot say enough about the caring, compassionate, and attentive service that I received from Caralyn. She made the somewhat daunting process of preparing my head for wig-wearing into a lively and joyful experience. Everything I have purchased to get me through hair loss is beautiful, and of top quality; I will not hesitate to recommend her salon to anyone needing this service in the future---brava Caralyn!

Spoke with owner herself was surprised how expensive her wigs are and you can probably get 3 wigs for her price of one wig. However she is knowledgeable about wigs and doesn’t reveal the wigs name so you cannot pick it up elsewhere at a lower price.

So happy to finally get a haircut! It’s been about a year and a half thanks for Covid. They did a great job on my hair. We tried something new and Jen did an excellent job. I left feeling like a million bucks for a reasonable rate. Already booked my next appointment. Super clean, friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

I have always had great experiences at Caralyn’s. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who always greet you with a smile. Also recommended a friend there for a much needed haircut and he walked out happy. Definitely a place to check out for anything hair related.

Not satisfied at all. I went there. Got to hear alot of issue with my scalp. But no treatment. Lady said she will write tests for me. But never got back to me. Totally wastw of money. I wish I can get my money back what I spent just showing my scalp.

I've been going to Caralyn's for 5 years now and highly recommend their salon to all my friends, everybody who went for a hair cut with Jenn loved it! Jenn knows all the most modern techniques and does an amazing job. The salon is also very well know and respected in Ottawa for hair loss, hair replacement and hair loss prevention solutions, they were featured on local tv shows several times. They are always involved with many charities and fundraising activities. Amazing customer service and always great attitude!
