Costco Tire Center

scheduled an oil change and even got an email confirming the appointment..when we got there, lined up and when it was our turn, lady said they dont have the filter for our car and that someone was supposed to call us. No consideration whatsoever not even apologetic about it. Honestly, i had to move around our schedules (with 2 kids) for this appointment and the least they could do is inform us beforehand.

Amazing service. Wait time is a bit longer but it's their busy tire season. Staff were all amazing and you cannot find a better price on tires anywhere and nobody beats their tire warranty. They have happily replaced tires that could not be fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new tire. No one else does that. Excellent

While it was a stop and go entering Costco, the tire centre, which is separate with the warehouse was empty so that was nice. However it was quite booked and the shop was very busy. I went in for a tire repair. I was greeted quickly, a mechanic from the shop came out right away. There is a sensor at the tire shop entrance that beeps and notified the shop personnel. During my time there, 3 other customers came and went, they had their vehicles inside for tires and was not ready so they were waiting inside the warehouse. Upon inspection i was told the tire puncture was too big and cannot be repaired. He looked up a new tire and priced it for me. It was not what I wanted to spend so I passed. I also asked about the details of their road hazard warranty. It is pro rated and when tire is close to new when hazard happens,and if it cannot be repaired, they will replace or you add very little money to get a new tire. Their tires are not particularly cheaper and if you shop around you can always find cheaper. Their services though, are top notch.

I was the last order for the day, but for some reason they were behind the schedule and i can see that all of them were rushing the work so they can go home on time.the staff shut the gate right after handing me my car, the tire pressure alert for 1 out of 4 tires went off after I drove away 1 km, I went back to the tire centre immediately but they were closed. It took me 40 mins to finally get someone to open the gate and fix it for me quite reluctantly.he was blaming my car being too sensitive and I shouldn’t have come back for such a minor problem. I will never go there again because I believe Customers should never be blamed for your scheduling problems and it is your job to set the tire pressure right or at least identical for the 4 tires.

Always do a great job. Buy tires there just to cash in on the lower tire-change charge.

Was not impressed. They could not fix my tire due to where the nail was. They did not have my tire in stock. And they said they could not get my spair off as it was rusted. I want home and had no problem taking the spair off.

I bought four new tires and had them installed, but the installation workmanship was shoddy. Two of the four tires were not sealed properly. I noticed a while after returning home that one tire was visibly low on air. When I checked the pressure I realized two tires were losing air. I filled them up, but they continued to lose air, one much more quickly than the other.My hometown doesn't have a Costco, and by this point the one tire was losing air too quickly to drive back to London on it. I got that tire fixed locally and went back to London to get Costco to fix the slower leaker.So I incurred repair expenses as a direct result of the faulty installation done by Costco, but they would not reimburse it. After talking to a manager, they gave me a gift card but only for about 1/3 of what the repair cost.So, the work was shoddy, and they didn't even stand behind it.I will definitely never trust them with my car again.

I have been coming here for my oil changes and never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and the people are acknowledge. It's best to call and make an appointment because they are always busy.

Bought bf g blizzack snow/ice tire. Cosco no longer taking the rebate for each tire off at point of purchase like they used too. As a result you pay extra hst on the whole purchase. You get 70 dollar gift certificate for cosco. Wasnt that way last year. Staff seemed stressed out as it appears all the the tire installers have to dispense propane and i see others having to hand bomb tires off the truck. Friend of mine bought simliar tires from a local tire store. He just got his 70 dollar cheque back in the mail. After comparing bills he only paid about 150 dollars more for a similar purchase like mine at cosco. Staff less stressed and my friend said theywere happier and not afraid to engage a customer if they crossed paths with you. To add insult to in injury i paid for a annual membership. With the huge back log of customers waiting your no longer really saving all that time like in the past. To expect a better situation is really deceiving. In the future going to think long and hard before going to the tire centre.

Costco tire centre is great to deal with. Have bought several sets now and have been pleased. The tire warranty and flat repair are a good deal. Had to use it twice this year on one set of tires.I'd wait to buy tires until a rebate is available.
