The food was good but the staff yells at each other. If you don't drive they discriminate against you and won't serve you after a certain time pretty much saying if you don't drive your not good enough to eat

ordered the baked potato with cheese and no bacon, and 3 Frosties. When we drove up, we made sure to clarify with the employee that there was no bacon on the baked potato and she confirmed there was none. when we got home to eat it, guess what we found? B a c o n. Very upsetting :(

I ordered Dave's single cheeseburger combo. It was so tasty. French fries and burger north are great! I love it.But, I don't like size. I know every place is getting small portions or price is getting high. So, here also size was getting smaller now. For me I was okay. But, if for man I think one combo is not enough amount. And price was $10.30 (before tax). It's expensive for this much small portion.I loveeeee this fountain. Because, they have Mellow Yellow". When I child I was drinking this pop. It's similar Mountain Dew. So

We went on drive-through, not inside. With a coupon, good value. However, even ON SALE FOR $1.99 French toast tasting sticks are overpriced, in my opinion. It costs very little to make and can be a good profit generator but sales will flag unless you bring the price point down to where it could be a hit ! Your fresh eggs on the sandwich were cooked soft and delicious, best of all major competitors. STAFF WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY. People aren't fooled by marketing only, they understand good value and .too much spice on the fries.

I have previously worked in the restaurant industry, and whenever a customer approached the counter, I would inquire if they needed any assistance. However, during my recent visit here, I was asked if I was an Uber driver, which made me feel uneasy and embarrassed. I hold no ill-will towards the staff, as they were friendly and provided excellent food. However, it would be beneficial if they were better trained in customer service, particularly in their interactions with customers

Came in just before noon so the place was empty. First impressions were that everything was clean and it had a nice decor for a fast food outlet. Men's bathroom was clean and no odours meaning it was regularly cleaned. Only thing is the sink watertap which needs to be replaced as it's worn lookin. Okay, the suspense has been building about the service and food. Plenty of staff on hand which was a good sign. Ordered a Dave's single and it was the best I have had in awhile. I visit the KW and Cambridge Wendy's on a regular basis and the one on hwy 24 in Cambridge is in my opinion the best so far.

my order is always wrong! drive thru workers do not listen to instructions. always cut you off. when you go into the restaurant to correct the order the front counter stuff just stares at you with a blank stare.

Fast great service. Can't beat a spicy chicken sandwich although I could easily make it at home! Their chili was a little thinner than usual but still complimented my meal. It just threw me off a little bit. I don't enjoy their new plastic cups though.

Used the pickup window while traveling through. No chicken ready so had to wait 7-10 minutes. Also they added pickles (I didn't order) to my classic chicken sandwich. Tasted freshly made and delicious.
