Good coffee , drinks and pastry, bad sandwiches and warm snacksIf i could i would rate this place at 0 stars , some time ago our family went to this place for coffe and pastry and it was good like any other tim hortons franchise their was just one worker but we got our orther ina few minutes but today we went their for lunch and it could not be worst , the workers didnt know what we were ordering even tough it was on the menue , our orther took about 25 minutes to get ready and at last it was wrong and they refused to change it saying that this was how it was suppoused to be, our roast beef chedar barely had any roast beef in it and the little it had tasted staled ,making it unedible , and our chicken bacon ranch wrap didnt have any, and i mean any, bacon in it , all in all pretty disapointing and on top of that they didnt even seal the wraps correctly making them fall apart.To me it was pretty disapointing, most of the times i get my coffee and meels from tim's , normally i associate tim hortons with good quality and great customer service , yet this place, single handedly , just ruined that part of that image for me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!Drive thru service is terrible. Doesn't know how to make coffee. They are rude and in to much of a hurry. Complain about your order and they make you fix it yourself. Service is a joke. And the lady making the coffees this morning should be fired. More worried about her cell phone than doing her actual job. Aug. 23. 222 -- 7 am in the morning.This is a daily problem with this location.

Brutally rude and unkind management who gaslights customers. Food quality has gone down significantly in recent months with ownership, including terribly old food and an inability to put milk in coffee instead of cream.

This is the absolute worst Tims in town. The customer service is terrible. They always forget items on my order, they do not even tell customers the wait times to ensure the product is good.

Very bad customer service, drive through employee should behave little bit politely with customers, No spoon no paper bag for folk just gave me folk and knife in hand!

Twice I ordered online and came to the store for them to say they have no idea how to do online orders. The first time the girl said she was new and made it from good faith when I showed her the online receipt. I ordered thinking this time the employees might know how to do it. They had no idea and there was no record at all of the order. They never have a higher up person working every single one of them is new. I went home and tried to request a refund from the website that I ordered and they said they can't give refunds for pick up orders and to ask the store in person. But they have no record of me ordering so where does that leave me? I had to dispute it with my credit card to hopefully get my money back. It was a blessing in disguise because all the doughnuts were melted and looked very old. There was other people there trying to get refunds too because it was taking forever just for them to get a wrap. Also I hope you like bugs in your food (see image below)

Went to get an iced capp, got halfway down the road when I tasted it and it burnt my tongue and tasted like complete chemicals. Never ordering another iced capp here, and probably not ordering anything else after the way this thing tasted.

Every time i go in there all of the bagels are rock solid, and leave everything in showcase over night and serve until next night, they dont check if they are low on products, so they charge people for it and then wait 5 minutes while they are talking in back not paying attention to customers then say sorry we dont have it, very unprofessional attitudes there needs to be more people who actually know how to manage a simple customer service job i think head office should pay more visits to a few Chilliwack locations

This location is pretty good. The shop is really nice and helpful all. It was my first visit to this restaurant but they have good service staff is really friendly and kind.
