Kamloops Osteopathy

These two practicioners are incredible! I have had occassion to see both Paul and Imogen for different reasons and i have come away feeling great! They took the time to get to the cause of my pain issue(s) and worked with me to strengthen the affected areas.I have recommended Kamloops Osteopathy to soooo many people and will continue to do so as Osteopathy worked for me!! I always leave feeling amazing! Try it! You won't regret it!

I've only had positive experiences here. Paul is very knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. This is my go to place when I have injuries and need work done. I highly recommend it.

Like many people, I suspect, when I first saw the word osteopathy on the list of my medical benefits, I had no idea what it was. I've been a loyal customer for two years now and when I describe it to someone else, I say it's like a mixture of massage and physio. The biggest difference is that it is a whole body approach. Other modalities ask you what one area you want to focus on during your appointment, whereas Paul is able to work on several problem areas in one hour. Sometimes I feel like my whole body gets stretched in that time! I have chronic mid and upper back tension, and osteopathy is the only thing that results in lasting relief. Paul also works on my hips and I always walk out of there feeling like my stride is six inches longer! Both Paul and Imogen are easy to talk to and their space is peaceful. Kamloops is lucky to have these skilled practitioners. Highly recommended!

I first visited Imogen at Kamloops Osteopathy after a painful whiplash injury five years ago, she fixed me up and the pain went away. Imogen takes the time to listen and check-in since your last visit. Appointments run on time, the reception & treatment room is peaceful and clean, and I always leave feeling lighter and in better shape!

The people are professional and seem to hold much knowledge in respect to their profession.With that being said, I am not sure i feel much more then a momentary relief and then pain shifts to another place in my body so I believe people should consult in a doctor before seeking this intrusive treatment (and/or any like it i.e. chiro)

Imogen is fantastic, she's drastically reduced my headaches and has given me the tools to help myself in the future.

Worth to try if you have sore muscle or joints or feel like posture is out of place. The person I saw was clear and easy to understand, to the point, clean, friendly and affordable for what you receive during your session. If you have not tried Osteopathy before I highly recommend. The best thing is that I felt better than when I walked into the door. We did an hour session and he finished off with giving and showing me some stretches I didn't have in my arsenal before that day to help make it to my next appointment and strengthen the area that the pain was coming from.
