ExcellentI always heard negative feedback about staff and I experienced my last 3 visits. Mostly need to go back and forth many times for any one service. Today Mar 8 I wanna give big applause to the 3 staff on duty, had a pleasant atmosphere with the way they treated all other applicants.They were so polite and professional. Hope the BLS Edmonton maintains this further.Great customer service i received and the also the applicants who waited before me.Thanks for the chances.

Extremely happy with the customer service we received at the BLS Edmonton location. There was a line-up in the morning all the way down which was anticipated. One of the cons I noticed was that there were no major name/sign boards which would help us identify the building better. But the process was made so smooth and simple by the employees there. We had a few mistakes in our PCC and they helped us out without making us run around. Thank you for your service!
