Now, I must say my last couple visits I was most Displeased with the men and their professionalism while accompanying my son to his appointment.However it is very difficult for Mothers to young men to find services so that they’re child isn’t uncomfortable for long. I voiced my concerns to whomever was listening and they did complied, I just wish words didn’t have to be exchanged for them to take a women! serious. So I gave frontline unisex hair salon 1 more chance, and they’ve redeemed themselvesBarber ERIC = P R I C E L E S SEric is my favourite!! as a woman stepping into a male dominated room/atmosphere he has always shown meR E S P E C T again R E S P E C T and in my opinion he is the hardest working man in the shop and clearly the only gentlemen. And his clientele A+ Furthermore(when I have to sit in the chair with my son on my lap, I feel safe and protected with his arms manoeuvring around me in close proximity so he can cut my sons hair) from a womens perspective you CAN’T put a price on that.Thank you EricBarber J - definitely feels entitled, I don’t know what he feels entitled to but he’s all right in my books.Some advice! try and be more polite and welcoming to customers that are walk-ins/ not your returning clients.definitely a good choice for toddlers, he’s very entertaining and full of character also very quick and precise with his haircuts, which is much appreciated.

Best haircut and beard trim I’ve received in my whole life since moving from the Middle East. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. Had Nigel the first time, and Eric this time and both did an equally outstanding job. Their attention to detail is second to absolutely no one in this country, arguably on this whole continent. I don’t think I could ever go to another hair salon ever again. Thank you gentlemen!!!!

Trevor gives a decent cut but comes off as rude and somewhat arrogant. He requested his payment via an e-transfer and chose to type his email address himself on my phone. I made the transfer and showed him the evidence of payment, only for me to walk out of his store and hear someone yell across the street waving aggressively for me to come back. Got there and he said “ payment was not received”. I explained that it could take a few minutes since this is the first time I’m sending a payment to him. Eventually discovered that he typed the wrong email on my phone! The least he could’ve done was apologize but instead he chose to put his arrogance on full blast. A positive customer experience goes beyond a decent cut Trevor, how you treat them in your shop equally counts!

He cut my hair which is what I wanted but he made some pretty inappropriate comments while doing my hair cut. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

Glad they're open now that lockdowns rules have been relaxed. It's still the best place to get a haircut, quality hasn't degraded one bit.The online booking and payment system implemented during the pandemic is a godsend since it takes out all the guess work on availability.Excellent Barbers.

Grandkids love having their hair done here. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Nigel, great guy, he’s fast and efficient, well mannered man that looks like you can learn a thing or two about business.My only issue is the gold trimmer that he uses to do lineups are way too sharp. I left the shop with my face on fire, you could literally see the smoke steaming from my head like a chimney. Overall great service, I’d definitely come back !

Not a bad place. Good haircut for decent price only problem for me is that this barber has heavy hands or something? Esp when using his razor or maybe its just a bad one? Not good experience. Id try somewhere else.

Eric is 5 stars all the way. Booked an appointment yesterday for 10am today with Barber J however. After waiting until 10:06am and being informed he would be arriving late, I was notified that he had switched the time on me to 11am without any notice. I was already waiting in the chair. Extremely unprofessional. I wish all the best to Eric but I'll never go back here again. Barber J will have to find someone else to suck his teeth at.

It was my first time there, very clean, well situated and perfect haircut.Will come back.
