A shout out to Jacen abd Burke at Patterson Chrysler ..a great buying experience .. This is a dealer that deals ..they did not stand behind the supposed truck shortage and micro chip shortage ..they worked with me and gave me the best deal I could find in southern Ontario by far!

On our way to an important sporting tournament for my daughter in NYC, our vehicle indicated a problem just prior to crossing the border. Needless to say it was concerning and put our trip in Jeopardy.Yet, we were put at ease by the staff at this dealership who listened to our concern and immediately did what they could to help right away. We were back on the road in no time.It is clearly a testament to the service you get at this location.

I have never experienced worse service than with this Service & Parts Department. I have had nothing but issues with them from the moment I purchased my car from this dealership. They dismiss every concern/issue if it comes from a woman but will address it if comes from a man. They refused to run checks on my vehicle to see if there was a recall, this lead to my vehicle shutting off 2 separate times while driving. It wasn’t until a man called on my behalf about it that they addressed this and found there was a recall. This was just one of the many issues I experienced with this Service Department.I would never recommend having any vehicle serviced here to anyone.

I dont live there anymore, but I still buy my Jeeps from the Patterson team. They have always treated me well and have been able to find and order whatever I have asked for. Jacen is great to work with.

Highly recommended small town dealership who take customer service to the highest level. Jacen is an absolute Dodge superstar, with superior product knowledge and always available to make deals to satisfy his customers. We bought a Dodge Caravan in 2020 and when our hitch from an older model didn't fit, Jacen and the crew made arrangement to fix us up with a new one. 10 month later I went back and bought a Dodge Ram1500, and I am sure I will be back in a few years to upgrade both cars once again.
