The best indoor cycling experience in the GTA. The RealRyder bikes are amazing and Sandro is a master instructor. Best workout you can get!

Was looking for a 29er bike tire in Vaughan , called around a couple places , seemed nobody had anything worth while.. I ended up calling Up potenza and got Angela on the phone... super sweet, nice and helpful she took my email emailed me prices and pictures of what was available at their warehouse ... even showed me a super cheap option which I didn’t opt for... her patience and helpfulness won over my business.. ordering a new maxxis high roller2 tire in 29x2.3 ... thanks potenza and thanks Angela

As returning customers for what would have been the third time, it will unfortunately be the last time. Though we were happy with their previous services, today we had to deal with some rude customer service. We called expecting to leave a voicemail so that we can get a call back in the morning, but to our surprise the call was answered. After getting a rude response of the time of day it was (9:00PM), along with Well I have you on the phone now..." we were shocked at how it was handled. Unknowingly that their line was forwarded to a cell phone

They have an incredible amount of experience and will work with your specific needs to ensure you leave with exactly what you are looking for. Their fitness centre very impressive and their coaches are great at getting the most out of every participant. Highly recommend getting your bikes tuned up and upgraded here.

The owners at Potenza Cycle are very passionate about cycling and fitness. They do a wonderful job making sure everyone has the very best experience possible. With really good equipment and the right amount of technology their helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I like this bike store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who can provide personalized service. Received bike fitting from Sandro and looking forward to test the new positioning.Be aware this is a store selling mostly high end bikes.
