the staff in this lab very unskilled every time after they taking blood, I get huge hematomas

The staff at this location was very efficient!I was in and out in 20 minutes although I was a walk in!

It’s fine for a one time visit.. not an establishment to rely on as a go to place for tests. There is no proper communication from staff, and they get annoyed and rude if you ask them questions. I came for a test that required me to drink something and wait an hour before taking the blood test. I arrived at 2:50 and I guess they close at 4 so they were very annoyed I came for this test close to their closing time. I am pregnant for the first time, so am not aware of the specifics around a lot of the tests. They kept repeating their closing time even though I acknowledged that I understood they close at 4. With unclear communication they told me I need to stay at the establishment for the hour and can’t leave and come back. I asked why this was the protocol and got no clear responses and kept hearing they are closing at 4pm. I am still unclear if this is even protocol or their stress about closing at 4pm.. I don’t think anyone should get this much aggression and stress over asking a simple question about a medical test… I thought part of their job was to inform. Very triggering experience to say the least.

I can’t imagine it could be any worse, I was there at 8am as soon as they opened, I was n6 in line waited for 2 hours, mixes between appointments and walk-ins, no one can tell you how much time you need to wait. When I asked about my turn she couldn't find my papers coz they were misplaced, on the desk instead of in the box, so I believe she skipped my turn.2 people on site, shouting, angry, agressive, doing everything on Saturdays. A horrible Nightmare.

One lady working there is very rude. I always go to this location as a walk in and they always let me in without an appointment. But today, a sassy lady asked me if I don't know how to read the note outside that allegedly says no walk-ins" ? But then she asks me to stay around to see if she can accommodate me and later says I need to come back because it is a one hour long test. I ask her where to book the appointment and she said "oh you can walk-in" like what was that? LOL. Why give me the unnecessary sass in the first place?Also

Extremely rude and entitled staff. I called out a staff member for being rude and the argument escalated until I got kicked out because she was too embarrassed to admit her rude behavior. Very disorganized and inefficient intake process. Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to.

SLOW SLOW SLOW. No one in the waiting room and I still waited over an hour …. Emailed my lab req as a “photo” as per their recommendations and the secretary didn’t know how to print it. Wanted me to resend in another format. It’s basic computer skills to be able to open an email.. if you can’t function on a computer and be kind to patients this is not the right job for you.One positive I will say, the needle did not hurt.. no pain at all.However, unfriendly. Incredibly slow. Extremely unhappy. Sad to say this but this was my experience.

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews. I had a great experience today. I was a couple of minutes late for my appointment but they still took me right away. Philomena did a great job at finding my veins and helped calm me down since I get a lot of anxiety from blood tests (they also accommodated a last-minute switch to a room where I could lie down). I really can’t complain based on this experience and will keep going to this convenient location.

Horrific. Showed up at 815am for a fasted blood test. I waited until 11:00am for blood work. Staff was incredibly rude. Don’t waste your time
