Late to review but had to at some point as the customer service I got from this place was outstanding.Wanted to get my chip filled as I didn’t want it to spread so I came in, no appointment needed, they got my car in right away, told me about 15 minutes. They said it wouldn't be perfect.After I got back, paid the 30$ for the repair, I went to my car and it took me a second to find where the chip was! Haven’t had any problems since! Nice guy working on the day I was in. Rare that I’ll have to come back as I’m not from here but if needed, definitely coming back here!

Had an awesome experience at MasterGlass.Quiet comfortable place to sit while waiting for them to switch out my windshield. They gave me a rough estimate of time and I must have been lucky because they got it done in about an hour!Damon came out with a quick couple tips and had an awesome smile. Sean and Gord got me out the door and I had my windshield replaced and paid for within an hour of dropping off!Great experience Ill definitely make sure they change out my glass from now on.

No waiting around this place. The staff very quickly figured out that they did not have any glass available to them for a Mercedes Sprinter other than windshields. That was disappointing because it meant that Mercedes-Benz had no competitors here in Kelowna for side glass.

During a Vancouver overnight trip, my side window was shattered/vandalized in a parkade. As it was a Friday, we called Masterglass in Kelowna who booked us for a Monday morning appointment with a $100 deposit. Within two hours the new window was installed. Super friendly staff and one stop - as promised. Highly recommend - Thank you!
