Dr Engelbrecht is one of most professional and kindest experts on cosmetic treatments. It is easy to get an appointment, with no long waiting. The staff is exceptionally professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr. E!

I love this place, lovely customer service and wonderful knowledge of skin. I always had Dr. E who is wonderful but recently more so Heather and she is wonderful. Sara is incredible too! It’s always a wonderful experience at Springbank Skin Centre from the reception desk to the clinical staff! Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and professional.Heather is very knowledgeable, honest and thorough. I have been going to Springbank Skin Centre for about 5 years now, I am very particular about who I see for injections, but have been very impressed with the whole team since my first visit. I won't trust anyone else but them.They make sure you feel comfortable and are informed on your treatment.I highly recommend Springbank Skin Centre!

I have been going to Heather for about a year now for Botox treatments and have had the best experience. I was worried about going too heavy and look frozen but Heather has a great way of treating my fine lines while still maintaining my movement. I cannot say enough good things about her and the staff at Springbank!

I recently visited Amanda who treated me with Morpheus8. Throughout the treatment, Amanda was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she even walked me through each step of the process ensuring I was informed about what was happening. Amanda's caring and attentive approach is what really stood out to me, which I knew from the start I was in very good hands. I cannot speak highly enough of Amanda and the amazing experience she provided!

I booked in with Springbank Skin centre for a consultation and to take advantage of their special offer for first time facial. The location is quiet, with a very relaxing vibe. Heather provided an excellent experience, and a facial that left my skin bright and soft.To be honest, I was expecting a bit of a high sales push for further services and/or products, but it was exactly the opposite. In fact, I had to specifically ask to speak about options regarding managing my age related concerns (read: wrinkles). Heather was very happy to oblige, and I received the information I needed. I appreciated the very “non-pushy” environment, and will be returning to continue my skin care regime.
