I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the delivery service of Once Upon a Farm puree pouches(that requires to be kept refrigerated) from this website. I placed two separate orders for my sick baby. Unfortunately, both orders turned out to be complete disasters, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.The first time I received the items, they were already partially melted. Considering that these pouches require refrigeration, it was evident that they were not packaged or delivered with the necessary care (not enough insulation or ice bags). This directly jeopardized the quality and safety of the products.As if that wasn't bad enough, for the second order the delivery service person decided to return the items to the pick-up location for the next day pick-up. This decision was both thoughtless and careless, as it completely ruined the products.The customer service I received during these incidents were inadequate and unhelpful claiming that this was the delivery service issue, but I believe they shouldn't sell products that they can not package and deliver properly.

Shipped very quickly. Neatly packed with no damaged items. Everything was priced well and they had everything I was looking for. Will definitely ordering again soon.

Amazing selection of fabulous (and delicious) products. Great prices on hard to find and specialty items. Pretty quick on shipping/delivery considering we're out in Alberta. Only a couple of boxes of pasta (out of 21 boxes) were slightly damaged, but still edible (I just transferred them into a container). Will definitely be ordering from Nature Santé again!!

Delivery service was prompt and efficient. I appreciated the emails that were sent to confirm everything from order received, to order delivered and also follow-up email. I would highly recommend this company for their customer service.Thank you!

I ordered baby food (serenity kids) for my son since I couldn’t find it in store and the other websites I found it on didn’t have as much available. To my surprise, I received my order in a day and a half (I live in Kitchener, ON). Will definitely be reordering from them!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have placed many orders with this company and today I received my package in a box that was open and did not fit the items properly. You can see the box of crackers is completely squished and ruined. I called customer service and actually spoke to the owner. He was so rude and hostile. He was speaking over me and didn’t even offer to send a new item. Obviously I want the item that I ordered I just want it to in an edible and respectful condition. I also ordered with the buy 3 get 50% off promotion and instead of contacting me when an item was not available (even though it showed it was) they refunded me for the 50% off item so essentially it’s a scam and I ended up getting it for regular price. Honestly, it’s so sad to me that you try to support local smaller companies instead and this is how you’re treated and disrespected. Come on - we can do better than this than to disrespect and treat your customers so poorly.

Always love ordering from Nature Santé they have a great diversity of products that aren't readily available to me locally. Really great customer service. In my past order I took advantage of their bi-monthly sale and some products were popular so inventory was low. They contacted me quickly to let me know the situation, when they would be receiving new shipment and when I should expect my order. Will continue to order from.

I've ordered baby food from Nature Santé, the package arrived within the timeframe indicated on the website. The products are of a great quality, baby (usually hard to please) loved it. Keep it up!

Very impressed with the selection of products. This is the only place in Canada I’ve been able to find the paleo pancake mix that I like! The order arrived in a little over about a week, which I expected as I live on Vancouver Island.

My order was shipped immediately. Everything was packaged nicely. One of the ketchup bottles had leaked but the seal was still on the cap. It was not due to the Nature Sante's packaging but due to a flaw in the product packaging (Primal Kitchen).
