Not a good overall massage experience. The staff were not the most professional. The massage beds had no padding making themassage beds quite uncomfortable. Not good value for money. My wife requested a hard pressure massage and the massage therapist only provided light pressure.My wife and I will not be back. I do not recommend Sanatio Spa Japan.

From the moment you walk through the door, the staff are so polite and make set the stay for your session just perfect. My wife and I had a coconut oil body massage with a scalp massage added on, and both our therapists were fantastic. Just the right amount of pressure and the technique was spot on. After, they set up tea for us in a private room - the tea was delicious - and when we thought we couldn’t unwind anymore, this was icing on the cake.My wife and I said, if we lived here, we would make this a monthly stop for a massage.I wish I could give this experience 6 stars.

Very calming and relaxing experience, the masseuse was very friendly and professional, after the massage we were treated to a complimentary honey ginger tea, with a red bean pastry and seaweed cracker. The overall experience was very pleasant, I would recommend Sanation spa to whomever is looking for a massage.

I got a facial and shoulder massage from Mika. It was relaxing and I fell asleep during the massage. It feels like my skin is detoxed and muscles are relieved. Good experience overall

This was my first experience at a Japanese spa and boy oh boy was it ever amazing. The young lady that did my massage was awesome. She deep massage all the places that was tense on my back. It was super relaxing to the point where I literally fell asleep half way. Will definitely go back in a heart beat.

Is there a way to give more stars? The Kobigan facial is the best non European style facial I have ever received. I also did the lymphatic drainage upper body massage and I feel like a whole new person. The staff are polite, attentative, professional and give quality treatments and customer service. Enjoy your treatment at this fantastic location.

This was an amazing experience! Located on the third floor, the entrance is deceiving once you’re actually at the spa everything was perfect! Being able to use the hotel pool and hot tub made the experience even better. We will be back for sure!

The staff were nice and accommodating especially when I was asking them about their pricing mistake. Tried their soft korugi facial and I felt so relaxed after. I loved that at the end they gave you tea to wind down before leaving.

Such an amazing experience. Got the 75 mins kobikori facial massage with Asaka and felt revived after. Started with a lovely foot bath and loved the additions of the neck and décolletage during the facial massage and the kobigan method really tones and lifts. The yuzu tea at the end was the cherry on top.
