Please be aware there are two separate Bayshore branches. One that is private pay/ insurance and one that is funded by your provincial home care plan. Bayshore home health is the private division and has only been running since October 2017. All the reviews before that are for Bayshore Home Care Solutions(HCCSS funded).I love working for Bayshore private and our customers are generally very happy too!

The worst customer service i've ever recieved. I hired bayshore over a year ago and frequently require a nurse. They ofter cancel on very short notice and do not try to provide a nurse when another one calls in sick or can't make it yet i'm still having to pay them??? They won't even return my phone calls. I would have given zero stars if i could, unfortunate considering that the nurses themselves are generally great.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate...they don't care about their clients or the families. The nurses generally are good but the management needs a revamp!

Terrible company to work for. Was hired 2 months ago and offered a few 2 hours shifts in Chatham and leamington. I live in Windsor and specifally kept telling them I want to work in Windsor. They only have 2 hour shifts or if their old employees call in sick. Complete disappointment and waste of time!!!
