AquaMobile - At-Home Swim Lessons

Worst ever experience. I've lost money to them. I've paid money , but there aren't enough instructors and they are not going to get the instructors for us too. I've been waiting since more than 3 months for instructor now. And they never gave any positive response untill now.

The company was not great to deal with, but our instructor in the end was fabulous. I booked an instructor for 5 days straight for my two girls. A few days before lessons were scheduled, I had not heard from our instructor yet so I reached out to the company to ask if I should expect her to touch base, or if I should expect her to just show up for the first lesson. Aquamobile responded by sending me her contact info, so I emailed her but never heard anything back. The evening before our first lesson, I texted her but again, did not receive a response. She never showed up when she was supposed to, and when I tried calling her her phone went straight to voicemail. I called Aquamobile who told me they would try to get in touch with her and then would call me back. An hour later, I called them again to ask if they had any other instructors available for that week. They indicated there was possibly someone, and they would reach out to him and let me know. I did not hear back from them again that day, so that evening I sent an email requesting a full refund. The next morning they called me to let me know the other instructor was available and could start that day. They were not apologetic until I requested a refund, and I’m disappointed that they did not take it upon themselves to scramble to find another instructor right away, it was I that had to suggest that. They didn’t offer any discount or free lessons for all the hassle. While the instructor in the end was amazing, I don’t think I’d use this company again.

Savannah has been an absolute pleasure to have at our home to help teach our 19 month old to swim. We have only had three lessons so far, but are looking forward to seeing Savannah again next week.

David Giller is an amazing instructor! I booked 10 lessons with him. My kids loved their session with Juan unfortunately we couldn’t continue working with him but we have a new instructor and look forward to working with Nicola. Great program for kids

I am going to limit most of my review to Zain, my boys’ instructor as the website to order the lesson was decent but the back office seems always kind of lost and trying to catch up.So Zain has been fabulous. Ponctual, easy to communicate with, nice and courteous. You can tell he has great technique but he also knows and to explain well even to young kids. I truly thank him and can’t wait for my kids to keep getting lessons from him.

Jitesh is great with kids, my 4 year old daughter adores him. Also amazing with adults like my wife and and I just an excellent swim instructor.

We had a large group of kids that we wanted to get into swimming lessons. We ended up booking Sarah and have no regrets. She was patient with the kids, who ranged in age from 2 to 9, and they all had a blast. My son was so much more comfortable being in the water and looked forward to his lessons. The lessons were tailored to each of the different age groups and skill levels.

David is a spectacular instructor. My daughter looked forward to her lesson with him every week. Over the course of the summer I was able to watch her skills and confidence grow. I would highly recommend David & AquaMobile.
