Bayview Farm

The entrance of this great restaurant is well hidden on the side of the road. Once you arrived, you will see a great cozy farm house restaurant where the chefs and staff will greet you in person. The ingredients are mostly local sourced and you can tell from the freshness of the food. We had the tuna as the feature main course of the night. We were expecting a great piece of tuna streak and we ended up having something even more exceptional: seared tuna belly. Make sure you make your reservation months in advance as this place is definitely worth driving hours for. We've driven from Oakville over to Kingston just to check it out.

Went here for my birthday dinner and had an absolutely amazing experience! Cozy yet refined dining, food quality and portions being fantastic, with astounsing table service and chef reccomendations. Would recommend for any occasion!

Had an amazing dining experience! The food was fresh, flavourful and unique. I was there with a group of 7 and the owner (Clark) accommodated us all without a problem. Excellent, personalized service. I felt like I was one of the family, even though it was my first time there. I had the filet minion which was cooked perfectly and was a very high quality meat. Delicious!! A special occasion hot spot! I will be back for sure. Remember to ask Clark about his love for pistachios :)

My fiance and I just enjoyed one of the best dinners we've ever had. Loved the food and the service and friendliness of the staff was beyond compare. Will be going back.

Gourmet food all locally sourced. The pate and the maple caramel dessert were total standouts as were the garam masala duck breast and the scotch mustard seared rack of lamb

Extremely good food, wine and service. I had the duck and it was so tender!! Tried a small bit of every appetizer and they were all very tasty. I wish I had time to could go back and try different entrees, as they all looked and sounded delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and passionate. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Found this place by chance and was not disappointed. Great food, great atmosphere and the most homey service I've ever received. The bread they make is best I've had, had to take some home. The salad was great but the main is where it's really at. Best pork I've ever had and it was pretty filling too. They have a few desserts that all sound so good that you'd want to have them all. The service is really something, it's like going to your families home for food, it's really down to earth not sure how else to describe it. Would go again.

what an amazing experience. We had a party of five including one vegan. The chefs prepared the most wonderful three courses for the vegan. The other four thoroughly enjoyed all their wonderful food as well and the desserts were to die for. Would come here again in a heart beat. Amazing service. Atmosphere and especially the food

Enjoyed celebrating our first anniversary here - definitely a great choice!The food was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. From the moment we made the reservation with the level of service on the phone we knew we were in for a treat. When we arrived a bit early, our table was already prepared for us and we were seated right away. After starting with a cocktail, Chef Clark took the time to walk us through the menu and tell us about the origin of the locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully paired a wine to each course for us. We were blown away by every appetizer, entrée and the desserts. The Creme Caramel blew our minds!It on the pricier side to be sure, but we'll worth it, and my wife and I both agreed that it was likely the best meal we've ever had in Kingston. Thanks to everyone at the restaurant for a great dining experience.

Quite honestly the best meal I've ever had. I had been wanting to go for so long. My only disappointment was that I didn't go before now! I started with the soup which had shrimp and artic char in every bite. I can't wait to go back and try more of those mains. I'm still thinking about the dessert the next morning. I tried almost all of them as everyone at our table ordered a different kind. The staff was perfect, friendly and inviting. I felt like part of the family while I was there
