We highly recommend Gary Sampson of Riteway Pest Control !We were hearing chewing in our ceiling and suspected it was a rat.Gary was at our place within a couple of hours and immediately found a way to take care of the issue! He was kind, courteous, and efficient and the price was very reasonable!He was recommended to us by friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!

My experience with this company was just bad. Gary came to my house, sprinkled a couple of his food poison around my house and within 15-20 min of arriving to my house wrote me up a $299 invoice to pay. He doesnt include any consistent monitoring or follow up to see if his method is working. I asked him if he would come back in a month to check. He said call me in a month. The value is just bad compared to other companies like rent to kill or terminex which come to check the house on a weekly basis and are cheaper. Bad value, bad experience and I felt like I was absolutely taken advantage of.

The first year I used his services he came back three times with no extra charge. Gary always has a smile on his face and makes you feel comfortable. Great guy, great service. Highly recommend him.
