Finch Store

So happy I stumbled upon this new spot. They carry prepared foods, breads, pastries, deli and pantry items from some of the best purveyors in the city and were serving free coffee when I came in on Saturday. Very friendly staff. Welcome to the neighbourhood!

Came here to pick up a painting but discovered it is such an adorable place! Bakery section was to die for. I had the almond croissant and haven’t stopped thinking about it since.Also picked up a few groceries while I was there, tons of very niche items that are fun to have in the kitchen.

Lovely little shop with delicious dips, readymade meals and baked goods. And the staff seemed super friendly! Very excited that this has moved into the neighbourhood.

A great addition to the neighbourhood, and they carry coffee from my favourite roaster in the city: Ethica. Though I only swung by for a bag of coffee, I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It's always a good sign when the person selling you coffee is as much of a coffee nut as you are. While I didn't have a chance to look into the food offerings in much detail, I'm excited to come back soon and see what else this corner shop has in store (pun absolutely intended).

Great store selling high quality local goods. My go to spot for noodles, sauces, frozen pizzas, bagels, etc. Yes, the prices are higher than a convenience store or grocery chain, but the quality is 10x higher. It would be awesome if they offered espresso-based coffees in addition to drip. Their location would be perfect for some patio seating and café vibes.

This place is great! All the basics of a corner store plus tons of yummy prepared foods. Super convenient and friendly staff. A great addition to the neighborhood!

Cute new shop in the neighbourhood! There's a great assortment of pastries, ready-made meals, and a well chosen selection of dairy/dips/breads/meats/cheeses and more to take home. Staff are really friendly to boot.

The sourdough I bought here was out of this world. They had a pretty good selection of grocery items. Thoroughly impressed.

I just discovered this gem of a store today! We've needed a great food and coffee place at this corner for sometime, and Finch Store is perfect for the neighbourhood.I was impressed by the bright, clean decor with shelves of food items, locally sourced. I no longer want to support the big grocery chains and will pay a bit more to ensure small businesses return after this awful pandemic.The prices are very reasonable, considering many of the brands are gourmet and contain all-natural ingredients. For me, spending a bit more for what I put in my body, and supporting local vendors, is a winning combination.Here are a few of the items I picked up on a cold wintry day,. They carry frozen dinners and General Assembly pizzas too!
