Normally the count is fairly accurate but today I was robbed. I delivered well over 100 bottles and cans and was only paid for 77. The regular guy I deal with is pretty good but he wasn't there and I had to put up with this older lady who blatantly rob me. As long as she is working there I would not return my bottles to that location.

I keep an account open here for my Ride for Roswell, so all of my friends can drop off their returnables for me. I'm there almost every other week, and Lori is always welcoming and friendly. I've seen her vacuuming or cleaning the counter many times, and the place is definitely much cleaner than it was pre-Lori! She's doing a great job, and I'll continue dropping off my cans and bottles here!

Tired of coming here, once again randomly closed and not even marked closed online. Literally takes 2 clicks to mark closed and yet they never do. Go somewhere that’s actually open when they’re supposed to be instead of wasting your time driving here.

The store on North French Rd. Has a new manager, a woman, she is VERY GOOD, ALWAYS FRIENDLY & never makes me feel like I am a bother. She counts quickly & always accurate with the count(I count prior to coming) She is very professional & the store is ALWAYS clean. She handles disrespectful customers with patience & understands some people are just embarrassed about returning bottles & cans. She DESERVES a raise. Before her, this store was awful & all of the employees were crooks.

This is by far the the cleanest and most organized bottle return I have ever been to! It actually smells good when you walk in. It’s NEVER dirty, ever! Lori and the young man she works are doing a wonderful job. I will never take my bottles anywhere else as long as they are there!

I had a Wonderful experience today. The lovely Manager of the North French Road location assisted me. She was very nice and very efficient. One customer was allowed in at a time so as to practice very important social distancing. Customers were courteous to each other while waiting to go in. The store smelled very clean and fresh. I recommend that everyone use this time being in your home to do your Spring cleaning and get your cans and bottles returned. For those who need a job at this time, apply for a job online to work at the recycle center. They are in need of employees and they have 63 locations. They are considered an essential business.

Lori! Is the BEST! It is night and day at this place! I can’t believe how clean this place is since she started working here! I didn’t know it could be this clean! And it smells sooooo much better! She has single handedly reshaped and organized this place! I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and I am completely impressed! You deserve the biggest tips ever and you can always count on me! Thank you for dedication! It shows!And Big-UPS to the rest of the team too! They are all really nice!

Came at 2pm on Friday. Doors are locked and no one answers the number. Supposed to be open till 5 on Friday. Drove 15 minutes to get here for nothing. Super aggravating.

Lori is always extremely kind and very good at what she does. Her ability to count bottles so quickly is very impressive. She also puts out decorations and makes effort to liven up the establishment. This is my go to place for bottle returns!
