This was by far the worst wait at a Tim Hortons. I had to wait close to 30 mins to get my coffee orders. Its not that the staff aren't working,. Its that there isn't enuff staff. There's two ppl and there were 5 people in front of me. They all ordered small itemsNothing big, there jst isn't enuff staff to supprt. It was an older lady that served me. She got my order ryt and the coffees were good. I took my time to thank her. She was doing the best she can. There were 15+ ppl behind me by the time I left. Franchise mgmt shld seriously look into it.

I ordered a loaded chicken wrap. The packaging was a mess. Chicken and tomatoes were everywhere in the paper bad except for the wrap. It was a mess. Also the chicken was not fresh.

There was a large lineup during a lunch rush and they handled it perfectly. Had our order in a couple minutes. Good food too

The line looks long but don't let it fool you. With a line up of 20 or so people I still got to the register in 5 or so minutes. I was impressed by how fast the employees were working. They definitely deserve a raise. After all it's not their fault so many people show up to this Tim Hortons.

Worst wait at this Tim’s, waited about 10-15 mins to order then was told they had no food. Ordered on the app as well and had to wait 10 mins to get a refund and still didn’t refund me the right amount. Ended up getting nothing never coming back to this location

Quick, sweet and efficient staff. By far better than my previous experience, I think they are understaffed and need more training but they’re troopers and deserve a pay raise for the hard work they do

Worst service I’ve experienced. An employee refused to make a bagel with cream cheese claiming that they don’t do any type of food at that time" (1h before close). Don’t be lazy and do your job

Employees are great but they need more people. Too much work on employees who are having tough time catering orders. Owner has to understand to staff more people during weekends.

Don't know what's going on with Timmy's. Terrible service. Food is getting ridiculously Terrible.As they opened they had no hit food ready. So with 10 people already in line ordering hit food not being told you have to wait 10 minutes as nothing is ready. We drink our beverages before getting our food. Which on the sausage and egg were cooked. Cold English muffin.Going to have to double think before ordering from here again
