Absolutely awful. Get a email saying there was a delivery attempt made. There was none I've been home all day with no buzz on the intercom for my apartment. Now I have to wait till Tuesday and drive 25 minutes just because the driver couldn't do his damn job.

Delivery person enters apartment building and places sticker on tenant panel. Stating no one home. NO attempt has been made to contact me via building security code!!

1 star is too much for them.Not only they didn't deliver the package, there wasn't even a notice left on the door, which makes me think they didn't come here at all. I was looking through the window because I know how bad their delivery service is, and never saw them come here. I even had a big note explaining them how to contact me when they arrived. I've never seen a worse delivery service.

Worst customer service ever! First, my package is stuck at a sorting facility that is only open for 3 hours a day… called customer service and they said they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours… that was 4 days ago. Put in a claim through the website and aven’t heard anything at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them either… absolutely ridiculous, especially for what they charge for shipping fees!

Fedex literally won't deliver my package. I've jumped through every hoop. I've opened complaints and escalated. They come when I am at work and leave a door card citing that they require a signature, even though I have confirmation from the shipper that it does not and I've signed the door cards and I have called and left notes to the driver with instructions for secure placement. I spoke to the driver yesterday who said he would bring it today and today I've called and texted with no reply as well as waited watching out for them and they haven't shown up.
