Having moved 4 times in the last 10 years, my wife and I have dealt with a lot of realtors. None, however, have been as helpful as Danielle Sharpe. From our very first meeting, she made us feel like we were her only clients. She checked in regularly, kept us updated, and always replied promptly when we had questions or information to relay. Her guidance was invaluable, and her competent, upbeat personality really helped take the pain out of what is often a frustrating and confusing process.We would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a top notch realtor!

I could not have asked for a better realtor. Danielle went above and beyond, even went and copied keys the day after move in day when the 3 keys we were given were not enough. And she hired and paid for a cleaner to come in and finish the cleaning when the house had not been cleaned properly by the previous owners hired cleaners. Danielle listened, went to bat for us, and found a great house that ticked almost all of our boxes. After having quite a negative experience with a different realtor in the valley, I was so relieved to be working with someone who actually seemed to care about helping us find our first home. Super grateful! I couldn't recommend her enough…and mortgage brokers love her conscientiousness: she actually follows up on necessary paperwork after the sale (apparently this is like pulling teeth with some realtors!)

Danielle recently helped us purchase a home in Union Bay. We were not able to view the property in person and had to make our offer to purchase from a remote location.
