From my very first call to Selectacare right up to today's review, I knew I made a perfect choice. Greg was so receptive and understanding that I felt I was speaking to a family member. I was having mastectomy surgery He knew exactly what my specific needs were in living with my 97 year old mom and chose PSWs who were sensitive to the needs of older people as well as my own specific personal requirements. The ladies were amazing and treated us as if we were their family members. I knew we were in good and capable hands from the moment I arrived home from hospital. Now that I'm on the road to recovery, I will never forget the exceptional quality of care they provided. I strongly recommend Selectacare to anyone who is in need of home care. I can never thank them enough!

Greg and the team at Selectacare are absolutely fantastic. They are attentive, flexible and caring. Time and time again they have gone the extra mile to make sure our care needs are met. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Selectacare. This is an extremely well run business with high quality caregivers. My mom is in Long Term Care and needed some extra support with personal care, socializing and feeding, especially during the pandemic when I wasn't able to go in and visit. Selectacare worked with me to create a schedule of care that met my mom's needs. I found every one of the caregivers I met to be gentle, knowledgeable and very responsive when my mom's care needs changed. They have been my eyes and ears in the home when I have not been able to be there. I am so grateful to Selectacare, and especially Josie (our primary caregiver) for all of the wonderful care to my mom and support to me.

We started the company in 1979. Retiring in 2002 we are now using Selectacare ourselves. We're very proud of the job they continue to do. The caregivers continue to be incredible and Dawn is incredible.

Greg and the team at Selectacare made the difficult process of introducing a caregiver into my parent’s home easy and worry free. The caregiver they selected (Jinky) was a great fit from the start which speaks to how well Greg listened to our needs and made a great match. Since that time, my parents’ needs have grown and each time the Selectacare team has responded quickly. They are responsive, friendly, and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. From the moment I spoke to Greg I felt so comfortable. I love the fact you get a live person when you call. The team was also so caring and helpful since I had a lot of questions. I got no help from LIHN so was grateful they could help me in a few days !! I am not old and suddenly became disabled. It was hard for me to depend on someone for almost everything. The caregivers are all so loving and caring and so helpful and supportive. I have been with Selectacare for 7 months and plan to be with them for a long time since I can not manage.
