I had my basement remodelled with Ehsan and he was very responsive and listened to my parents specifications. The materials he imported was excellent quality. His team was very professional and were very experienced. He performed the job exactly at the time he said which was required and I would reccomend him for anyone for any reno work.

Quality exceeded my expectations. Price was very reasonable. Ihsan took the project of finishing my basement apartment. He quoted me the lowest price among three other contractors and finished the project in 16 days. I was so impressed so I got him to renovate my kitchen and this was the result.

Ehssan , my contractor met with me very quickly once I requested a quote for my Basement renovation. He prepared a very detailed design and was able to work within my budget. He also took the time to explain what the costs involved were for and did not try to hide anything.

I needed to redo my finished basement. Z&M General contracting was able to turn it into a bachelor apartment for me. They took care of everything, all I had to do is tell them what I wanted. This is my first big home renovation, I glad I found the right contractor that did not make it into the nightmare you always hear about. Love the Workmanship and I'm sure they would have finished it in the time frame they promised, but covid-19 shutdown slowed things up. Other then that I would recommend them. I'm planning on using their services again on my next renovation!!!!

I was really happy with the outcome of my basement. Z & M contracting is surely the place to go to when you want a nicely renovated basement, with a nice clean finish! Mr. Ehsan and his lovely team were so polite and professional. They made sure to make everything look perfect and in no way rushed the process like other places do. I've had terrible experiences in the past and I must say I am so grateful to have given Mr. Ehsan a chance. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, as he gives you his word and follows it. He is 100% reliable.
