Joel was amazing. Very knowledgeable and listens to your needs and considers your budget without compromising the quality of the mattress that he recommended. He did not try to upsell in any way, unlike the typical big box stores. Great experience and will definitely recommend you the my friends and family.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had.Came into purchase a bed for my father. Joel was honest, informative, but most importantly he wasn't pushy or forceful. Truly provided information and allowed us to digest and make our own informed choice.Ended up buying a top mattress for fraction of the price at other stores and Joel delivered the mattress literally hours later!!
