Great service.Tom contacted me to tell me my order was received, and again when it was filled, all in the same day. Super fast service. What a great experience!!! Called up looking for light kit that I was having trouble finding. Reception answered the phone right away( which never happens at pool places during busy season) and transferred me to Tom. Tom reassured me straight away that he carried everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all his products. He got my order processed and shipped right away and it was a seamless transaction! I can’t say how pleased I was dealing with this company. I will not hesitate to make more purchases with Tom as well as recommended PPL Aquatics to everyone I can.Thanks again Tom!!

3-stars because the web-site order system didn't work and it was going to add an excessive shipping fee to my order. But the price of the item was amazing! I never received a response to an email inquiry from the web-site. I ended up calling and leaving a voice mail for someone, who called me back the following week. They took my order over the phone and promptly shipped the item and I received it quickly. The shipping fee they charged was 1/2 the price the web-site was going to charge. So 5-star service for the old-school method of ordering, but 3-stars for implementation of the web business.
