I just love your honest personality. Had the opportunity of meeting Adele when in need of a tow to get one of my customers vehicles to my shop. Upon arrival he was very personable very comedic and very sensible when it came to the customer and his vehicle, not to mention his rates were very fair. A+++ highly recommended.

Just had the most amazing service from Mr.Adil.. I was on my way to pick up a mattress when my BMW broke down in the middle of 401 and Weston .. not only did he tow my car to the mechanic but also took me to pick up my order from the brick.. this is what you call customer service.. going out Of the way to make an upset customer happy .. thank you so much!

Adil and his team are the definition of customer service and professionalism. My older father was involved in his first ever serious car accident and had no idea what to do. A friend recommended I call Adil who showed up promptly to tow the car and took care of everything A to Z. He even dropped off the car to our house when it was done! I came in with a bad crash, that happened toMe on the highway, and Adil, made sure that I was taken care of. Truly nothing but the best. Everything from the phenomenal customer service, the actual service done on the vehicle and the reliability of the business. I was caught in the middle of a heavy snow storm at 3 AM on the morning of a holiday but Metro One came through.

Adil met us at the scene of the accident. He calmed us and educated us on what to do next. He did both the mechanical and body work on the car and did an excellent job. Finally he detailed the car and delivered it to our house. His rates were very reasonable and the car looks great. It was a pleasure to deal with Adil. We would certainly highly recommend him.

Adil did an amazing job towing the car from my house to his shop . And then waiting with me at enterprise till I got a rental. Also got follow up calls from him in regards to the update on the car.
