Drinks are well-made. They've gotten better over the past several months, the drinks used to be terrible.Food wise, everything is normal, its just they don't put enough cream cheese on the bagel in my opinion.Service is good, but you might have to wait in long lines because of the area.Atmosphere inside is good, but its usually crowded, a lot of people frequent this Tims.Overall 4/5

Custom Horton location is so horrible. Customer service is so horrible. They always make my coffee wrong. The employees are so bad at their job even when you ask to fix the coffee that they made wrong, they show you attitude they never wear gloves

insanely long drive thru line so i decided to park and go in the store. the in store line is empty and despite waiting 10 minutes no one took my order. i had to go up front and ask “do i have to go in the drive thru to order or somethjng?” and they told me that would be probably be faster.just left on the spot , this isn’t the first time for such slow service either

I understand this is a busy location but if you're not going to honor mobile customers don't offer mobile pick up. Waited 25 minutes for a simple lemonade and a cookie and was never served. 15 customers that came in after me were served before me take out the mobile order if this restaurant cant fill it

I rarely go to my work office around here. This place has consistently made errors in my order. Literally 3 out of 3 times. They just take your order and try to get you out of the window in their time quota. I told them it was the wrong coffee and that I already paid. They should have even confirmed my order at the window. I guess I have to check the screen next time before they tell me to literally drive up. Ridiculous.

The service is slow here and there seems to be more emphasis on the drive thru customers than customers in the store, with only 1 person designated to the line to 4 on drive thru.Secondly, I witnessed an employee come from what seemed to be the bathroom area with gloves on, and proceed to the food area and assemble customers food with the same gloves on. I told the cashier (using discretion) to tell the lady that she should probably change her gloves while dealing with customers food. The employee responded with “I’m not doing her order” and I told them it doesn’t matter if it’s my order, that’s still disgusting. She didn’t change them and continued to prepare food and had the audacity to have an attitude. Another man then put gloves on and prepared my order.I don’t come to Tim’s expecting 5 star service, but basic food handling should be followed.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and I have to say, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The tables were not properly wiped down, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. The staff were friendly, but the service was a bit slow. On the plus side, the coffee and donuts were tasty, as always. Overall, I would recommend this location for the food and drinks, but not for the cleanliness.

It’s near my home. If I’m hungry I’ll just grab something from here. The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars because when big orders are placed the tend to forget what was ordered! I placed a big big order and they were just going the items one by one. All together I ordered 7 items and I received 3. When I asked them what happened to the rest of my food they proceeded to say they already have giving it to me. Funny thing is everything that was given to me was on the table and not yet touched. I called them out and they saw that they were in the wrong! But they did give the rest of my order. I just think it’s better to serve big orders all at once rather than just serving it one by one cause then it confuses customers and the staff!
