I ordered products from the Canadian Red Cross through this company. The customer service was beyond expectations. Julien, is trilingual and was able to answer all my questions in both French and English. When I needed a change to the order, he immediately accommodated me. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

Ordered 10 boxes of gloves for the daycare.Placed the order on July 18 and was sent an email stating that my order was being processed and I will be notified when my order has shipped.It’s now the 30th of July and I still have not received confirmation for shipping and can not reach them by phone.I was charged $28.76 for regular parcel shipping on something that should have costed far less to ship.Being that they are contracted through the Red Cross I assumed that this would be a solid company to deal with. I’m disappointed and will be reporting them to the Red Cross.

Ordered for about 600$ of stuff (Preparedness kits, etc) from the Red Cross as gifts for my family and learned in the following months this company is supposed to deal with the distribution? Or so it is how I understand it.After 3 months no sign of the package, so I asked for more info. Told me they didn't know when it would arrive so they offered me a refund. Three months later still no refund and they don't answer my emails or calls anymore. My order number has even been classified as refunded". So I got nothing and lost about 600$. I feel like I got scammed

ALL,Be careful with this company they are scammers. I ordered Hand Sanitizer from them in March to ensure we had it for our courses. They are the provider for Red Cross so should be trustworthy but this happened...March - I place the order and Pierre advised I should have it next week.March - the bill arrives and they charge me more money than they advised.March - They ask me for payment and say it is a final sale, I provide payment as they say they cannot ship without payment.March - One and half weeks later I ask where is the product?March - No response.March - I leave messages and no email trying to get a tracking number, no response.April - I reach out to Kathryn and Jason trying to get details.April - I get told sorry they don't have the key ingredient to make the sanitizer and are now trying to source from China. I tell them I want a refund - They don't even have the product to sell and they don't even know what China will provide. It is not what I agreed to buy nor do I know if it ever going to arrive.April - Sorry it's final sale was the last words from Jason - National Sales.April - Reported the company to Red Cross.This is fraudulent - they don't have a product to sell yet they are taking money in hopes of procuring this product sometime in the future.

I have been dealing Hawktree Solutions for a number of years and they are definitely a company you can rely on for all your first aid and COVID PPE needs.I recent ordered some of their new Canadian Red Cross hand sanitizer and it arrived in a couple of days. All I can say is WOW! what a great product. It doesn’t smell like booze or any of the terrible products people are currently using. This product does not have a smell, it is not sticky, has a very smooth finish and dries quickly. I highly recommend this product over the other versions currently available. This is a product that will be in competition with the big players like Purell.

Needed to order PPE and other first aid products. Eshop account set up was fast and easy, fair prices, found everything I needed & delivery was quick. I like that a portion of proceeds supports Canadian Red Cross projects, too. Will order from here again.

We purchased a few of these Red Cross First Aid Kits earlier this year from Giant Tiger. Great price and very comprehensive. Looking to buy some more as Christmas Stocking Stuffers.

Purchased 20 Ear Loop Facemask from Giant Tiger that was fulfilled by Hawktree Solutions - the masks DID NOT have the ear loop, and interestingly enough they was print in Chinese, which makes me wonder where did these masks come from.I purchased it thinking proceeds go to Giant Tiger, instead now, I'm wondering if this is even real considering these masks don't have any ear loops for me to wear.Truly disappointed - especially since it seems Hawktree is going to be providing masks for Canadians""

I ordered masks, gloves, infrared thermometers and hand sanitizers from here. No problems with my ear loop masks, I like the nose piece and being able to conform it to the nose. The hand sanitizer was very clean - no strange ingredients and just smelled like ethanol with no lingering smell. My order took about 10-14 days to arrive.

7 months and still no order. Worst company ever.Don’t order from this company.
